Who's off, at a glance
A month calendar with each person's name on their own coloured bar. The top of the screen counts who is off today, who is off in the next seven days, and who still has holiday left with none booked.
Everyone's balance
Each person gets a card for the holiday year: days used, days left, and a warning if their allowance is below the legal minimum or a booking would take them past what they have left.
Every kind of leave, never mixed up
Holiday, unpaid leave, sickness, bank holidays, closures and other leave. Only holiday and the days you choose come off the allowance, and one booking can cover several people.
UK holiday rules built in
The statutory 5.6 weeks capped at 28 days, pro rata for part-timers and part years, each person's own working days, carry-over with your limit, your holiday year, and bank holidays inside the allowance or on top.
Irregular hours and leavers
For zero-hours staff, holiday builds up at 12.07% of the hours worked, shown in hours. Give someone a last day and the app works out the holiday not yet taken, ready for their final pay.
On your home screen
A "Who's off" widget shows who is off today, until when, and who is off next, without opening the app.
Free for small teams
Free with up to three people and every feature included. The Team plan covers up to ten people and the Business plan any number, monthly or yearly, cancelled any time in Google Play. If a plan ends, every record stays yours.
Yours, on your phone
No account, no sign-in, no cloud, no ads. Staff records stay on the phone, with automatic backups to a folder you choose and an optional App lock.
