Invoice+ Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 September 2026
App: Invoice+ (invoices and quotes for freelancers)
Publisher: Reimel Ltd (company no. 14523345, England and Wales) · company details

Invoice+ (“the app”) is developed and published by Reimel Ltd. This policy explains, plainly, what the app does and does not do with your information.

What we collect: nothing

We do not collect, receive, store, transmit or share any personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. Reimel Ltd never sees who your clients are, what you did for them, or what you charged.

Your business details, clients, work entries, expenses, invoices, quotes, logo, signature and settings are stored only on your own device, in the app’s private storage. Android’s automatic cloud backup is switched off for this app, so that data is not copied to Google Drive either. If you want a copy, you make it yourself with Settings › Backup, and you choose where the file goes.

Internet access, and why the app asks for it

Invoice+ includes an optional one-time purchase, Invoice+ Pro, which unlocks unlimited clients, invoices and quotes, the Accent and Branded PDF styles with your logo and brand colour, the colour themes and automatic backups. To offer that, the app includes Google Play Billing, and that is the only reason it declares these permissions:

The app itself never uses the network. No client, invoice, rate, note, logo or signature is ever sent anywhere. The only outbound traffic the app can generate is Google Play checking whether you own Invoice+ Pro, completing that purchase if you choose to make it, and showing Google Play’s own “rate this app” prompt.

Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. Reimel Ltd does not receive or store your name, email address, or any payment details. Google’s own privacy policy covers that transaction: policies.google.com/privacy.

The other permissions the app asks for

Some further permissions appear in the app’s technical manifest because the Android libraries it is built with declare them. They are not used to collect anything, and the app runs no background service.

Sharing and exporting

When you email or share an invoice or quote (PDF or CSV), or save it or a backup file to your phone, the app writes it to the location you choose, or hands it to whichever app you pick from Android’s standard share sheet or your email app. Invoice+ does not upload it anywhere, and it only ever happens when you ask for it. If you turn on automatic backups, the app writes a dated file into the folder you picked, which may be a cloud-synced folder if that is what you chose. That choice is yours, and the app has no other destination.

An invoice or quote you send naturally contains what you put on it: your business details, the client’s name and address, and the figures. That document goes from you to your client, by the route you chose, and never through us.

Your logo and signature

A logo you pick is copied into the app’s private storage on your device and printed on your documents. A signature you draw is stored the same way. Neither is included in the backup file, and neither leaves your device except on a document you send.

Your figures

The totals, tax and amounts the app shows are calculated on your device from the rates and rules you enter. Invoice+ applies no country’s tax law; the figures are your own records, not accounting or tax advice, and they are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

Children

The app is intended for adults in business and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

Any update to this policy will be posted on this page, with the date at the top changed.
