Renewly Privacy Policy

Effective date: 18 July 2026
App: Renewly (document & renewal expiry tracker)
Publisher: Reimel Ltd, 159a High Street, Hornchurch, England, RM11 3YD

Renewly (“the app”) is developed and published by Reimel Ltd. We respect your privacy completely.

What the app does

Renewly helps you keep track of important documents and contracts, passports, insurance, licences, MOTs, warranties, memberships and the like, and reminds you in time to renew before they expire. You enter each item yourself; everything is stored only on your device.

Data we collect: none

The app does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no cloud, and the app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. Your documents, dates, notes, images and settings never leave your device except when you deliberately export them (see below).

Network use

The app works fully offline. It makes only two optional network connections, and neither sends any personal information:

Payments

The optional unlock is an in-app purchase processed entirely by Google Play. Reimel Ltd never receives or stores your payment-card details. The app stores only, on your device, whether the unlock is active.

Permissions

Backup & export

You can export your data to a JSON file, or import one, using Android’s standard file picker. These files go only where you choose to save them; the app does not upload or transmit them anywhere.

Children

The app is safe for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

Any updates to this policy will be posted on this page.
