Trading Calculators Terms of Service
By installing or using Trading Calculators (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.
1. The App is a tool. Verify everything before trading
Trading Calculators helps you organise account information, log trades, and compute position sizes, risk/reward ratios and prop-firm drawdown floors. It does not predict market outcomes, send orders, or guarantee numerical accuracy.
You are responsible for verifying every number the App displays against your broker or prop-firm dashboard before placing a trade. Rounding, configuration mistakes and simple input errors are all possible. Treat the App as a quick reference, not a source of truth.
The App ships preset figures for several well-known futures prop firms as a convenience. Those presets are typed from each firm’s published rules on a given date and can go out of date without notice. Your firm’s own dashboard is always the authority on its rules, and every preset field can be edited.
2. Trading involves risk
Trading futures, equities, cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. Trading Calculators is not financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. The compounding calculator displays a theoretical maximum that assumes perfect execution; real trading has losing days. Treat the disclaimers built into the App as starting points, not as an endorsement of any strategy.
3. Subscription: Trading Calculators Pro
Pro features (the Prop Firm tracker and the Daily tracker) require an active monthly subscription processed by Google Play Billing.
- Price: as displayed in the App at the time of purchase, in your local currency.
- Free trial: where Google Play offers you one, its length is shown in the App before you subscribe, and it is subject to Google Play’s eligibility rules (typically first-time subscribers only). A trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. If no trial is offered to you, the App does not claim one.
- Billing: monthly and automatic, through your Google Play account.
- Renewal: your subscription renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
- Cancellation: at any time through Google Play Store, Subscriptions, Trading Calculators. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; Google does not pro-rate.
- Refunds: processed by Google Play under their standard refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly. See support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.
The free calculators stay available without a subscription: position size for futures and forex, risk/reward, the tools tab (compounding, drawdown recovery, breakeven ticks and forex margin), and stock profit/loss with the average-down planner.
4. Provided as is, no warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Reimel Ltd does not warrant that:
- Any calculation produced by the App is accurate, complete, or current
- The App’s representation of your prop-firm rules matches what your firm enforces
- Subscription status will always be available offline
- The App will be compatible with future Android versions
5. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REIMEL LTD’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES TO REIMEL LTD IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMIT APPLIES IN AGGREGATE, NOT PER CLAIM.
REIMEL LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST TRADING OPPORTUNITY, LOST DATA, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These limitations apply whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions the limit applies to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under the laws of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Reimel Ltd against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the App, including any trading decision you make in reliance on the App’s output.
7. Privacy
See the privacy policy. Short version: the App has no servers, collects no analytics, and stores everything on your device. Payment processing is handled by Google Play.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or a store-listing update at least 14 days before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be brought in the courts of England and Wales unless your local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
